September 10th - 13th, 2010 - Ed Drescher Memorial Weekend and Garden Dedication
The Ed Drescher Memorial Weekend is free to all Wings members. Lodging, Food and Activities are all included in the weekend festivities. Lodging will include Cabin, Bunk and Tent camping. All meals will be provided. The planning committee is looking for members to assist with developing the activities.
The Garden, pictured above is a living memorial to Ed Drescher and the many members we have lost to HIV/AIDS and other illnesses. The garden plan was developed and implemented in 2009. All of the work has been completed by Wings members. We will dedicate The Garden during the Ed Drescher Memorial Weekend. The dedication will include a small ceremony and the placement of memorial stones in the wall. For more information, please email info@wingsmi.org.
